Wedding Manager
Salary: €35-40k
Location: Offaly
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to Wedding & Events enquiries and follow up in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication to all related departments regarding the Wedding & Events functions within the property.
- Follow-up with guests and manage areas to improve the quality of the guest experience.
- Support the team, follow up on all leads to maximise revenue.
- A proven track record in a similar role.
- Be driven and ambitious to consistently deliver results.
- A forward thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Liaise across departments to ensure the successful planning and implementation of the event.
- Be present during the event to oversee the event and ensure guests needs are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a supervisory role within Banqueting/Meeting and Events
- Experienced in training, motivating and managing a team to deliver the highest level of service possible
- Experience with large and small functions from start to finish as you will be one of the points of contact
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work midweek, weekends and evenings.
