Key Spa Responsibilities

Spa Leadership & Operations: Oversee day-to-day spa operations, spa scheduling, and staff training to maintain five-star spa service standards.

Spa Financial Management: Drive spa retail and spa treatment revenue, manage spa budgets, and monitor spa inventory.

Spa Guest Experience: Deliver bespoke wellness and spa journeys, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction at every spa touchpoint.

Spa Standards & Compliance: Uphold pristine health, safety, and hygiene standards across all spa facilities.
What We Are Looking For in Our Next Spa Manager

Minimum 3 years of spa management experience within a luxury spa or four & five-star hospitality environment.

Proven track record in driving spa revenue, spa target achievement, and spa team development.

Relevant qualifications in spa therapy, wellness, or hospitality management.

Exceptional communication skills and a deep passion for holistic spa well-being.
