Spa Manager €55k plus
We are currently recruiting for a Spa Manager for our client based in a fabulous 4* Hotel in Cork. A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Spa’s operation while maintaining customer satisfaction and the hotel’s 4* standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa.
- Manage spa budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Stock Management and Ordering.
- Maintain the upkeep and hygeine standards of the Spa.
- Recruit, train, and supervise Spa staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development for team members.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement spa packages and promotions that enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar role.
- A keen interest and knowledge in health and wellness.
- A positive leader with strong organisational skills.
