We are currently recruiting for a shop manager for our client, the ideal candidate will come with a chef and a production background and front of house experience. In this position you will manage the shop operation, team, and deliver an excellent standard of customer service.
Ideal Candidate will have:
Customer service
Opening and closing procedures
End of day cash
Previous experience as a chef or production background
Well presented and excellent English
Management experience and operating costings
Butchery skills.
