Burren Amber is currently partnering with an exclusive, luxury hotel property in County Clare to appoint an exceptional Senior Bartender. We are looking for a polished hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and can seamlessly manage operations across multiple distinct bars within the property.
Key Responsibilities

Beverage Excellence: Deliver world-class drink preparation and presentation with a strong focus on creativity and precision.

Multi-Outlet Operations: Move fluidly and effectively across the hotel’s various luxury bars, maintaining consistent standards of service and quality.

Guest Engagement: Provide charismatic, attentive, and personalized service to international and local guests.

Standards & Compliance: Uphold rigorous hygiene, stock control, and licensing standards across all beverage stations.

Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior bar staff, setting a high benchmark for operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Bartender within a 4 or 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end cocktail venue.

Exceptional mixology skills, including an extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, modern craft trends, premium spirits, and wine offerings.

Outstanding multi-tasking abilities with the flexibility to work across multiple bars on-site.

Impeccable presentation, professional communication skills, and a warm, guest-first demeanor.
