Sales and Marketing Manager – 4* Hotel South Dublin €55k

We are currently recruiting a Sales and Marketing Manager based in an incredible 4* Hotel in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience.

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Identify potential areas of growth for the business.
• Perform weekly rituals in line with the agreed KPI’s
• Represent the hotel at events
• Database management with focus on growing segmenting contacts for better communication when required
• Analysis of the Comp-Set offering.
• Communicate across Departments to ensure organisational goals are being met.
• Assist with managing the content.
• Ensure all offerings are being presented to Markets in the best way. Identify areas for improvement.
• Support the DOSM with creation and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy to ensure that budget is achieved monthly and annually.
• Ensure that all promotional material is current, effective and supports any new sales and marketing promotions

Ideal Candidate: 

• Sales and Marketing or Business Development background.
• Creative problem solver.
• Excellent communicator.
• Proven track record with maintaining and developing relationships.
