Restaurant General Manager (New Opening) €65k+

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager for our client, a new opening based in Dublin City Centre.
As the General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of the new restaurant. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. You will work closely with the ownership team to build a strong culture and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure a high level of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and maximise profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
- Monitor and manage restaurant financials, including budgets, payroll, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or burger-focused concept.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Passion for the food industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
