We are currently recruiting a Pastry Chef for our client based in a stunning Hotel in Clare. The Ideal candidate will be coming from a fine dining background. Assistance with accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pastry production of cakes, desserts, breads, petit fours.
- Creating new dessert menus
- Managing inventory, overseeing food safety practices,
- A passion for baking, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of pastry techniques are essential.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry trends
- Excellent creativity and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
