Pastry Chef – Daytime – €18 p/h

Dublin City Centre, Full Time

We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef for our client, a busy City Centre cafe/store.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries, ensuring high quality and consistency in every product.

Salary: €17-18 p/h + tips

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pastry production of cakes, desserts, breads, petit fours. 
  • Creating new dessert menus 
  • Managing inventory, overseeing food safety practices, 
  • A passion for baking, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of pastry techniques are essential.
  • Experience with Afternoon Tea would be an advantage

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry trends
  • Excellent creativity and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
