We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef for our client, a busy City Centre cafe/store.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries, ensuring high quality and consistency in every product.
Salary: €17-18 p/h + tips
Key Responsibilities:
- Pastry production of cakes, desserts, breads, petit fours.
- Creating new dessert menus
- Managing inventory, overseeing food safety practices,
- A passion for baking, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of pastry techniques are essential.
- Experience with Afternoon Tea would be an advantage
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry trends
- Excellent creativity and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
