Office Administrator €15 p/h (3 day week)

Reception/Administrator required for part time work in a busy office in the Dublin 22 area. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to work alongside very experienced recruiters and learn about candidate management, client management, etc.
This is a fast paced exciting role which is ever changing on a daily basis. Full training will be provided
Hospitality or Retail background is an advantage.
Hours: Monday to Wednesday
Salary: €15 p/h
The Role:
- Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information
- Preparation of documentation including letters and excel spreadsheets etc.
- Inputting data into Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure candidate profiles are up-to-date and accurate in the system
- Providing a high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
- Work effectively as a member of a team.
- Referencing candidates.
- Supporting recruiters with administrative work.
- General reception | office duties

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in an administrative support role
- Experience in a recruitment office would be a distinct advantage
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent administration and organisation skills, strong attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft tools, particularly Outlook, Excel and Work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and work to own initiative
- Additional language is a bonus
