Office Administrator €15 p/h (3 day week)

Dublin 22, Full Time

Reception/Administrator required for part time work in a busy office in the Dublin 22 area. This is a great opportunity for a candidate to work alongside very experienced recruiters and learn about candidate management, client management, etc.

This is a fast paced exciting role which is ever changing on a daily basis. Full training will be provided

Hospitality or Retail background is an advantage.

Hours: Monday to Wednesday

Salary: €15 p/h

The Role:

  • Answer incoming calls and facilitate handling of requests for information
  • Preparation of documentation including letters and excel spreadsheets etc.
  • Inputting data into Applicant Tracking System 
  • Ensure candidate profiles are up-to-date and accurate in the system
  • Providing a high level of customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Work effectively as a member of a team.
  • Referencing candidates.
  • Supporting recruiters with administrative work.
  • General reception | office duties
  • Opportunity for career progression

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience in a recruitment office would be a distinct advantage
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills, strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft tools, particularly Outlook, Excel and Work
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task and work to own initiative
  • Additional language is a bonus
