Multi-site Operations Manager – €70k+

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to over see multiple stores nationwide.

Location: Dublin (With travel to sites across Leinster & Munster.)

Salary: €65-75k 

Hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Developing and fostering positive relationships with franchisees.
• Conducting regular performance assessments and implementing improvement plans.
• Collaborating with other departments to drive overall business success
• Monitoring and analyzing franchise performance metrics.
• Providing guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.
• Ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels or contract catering 
• A high degree of knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP
• A passion for fresh food and service.
