Lounge Manager – Dublin Airport

We are currently recruiting for an experienced hospitality manager to oversee operations of Lounges in Dublin Airport.

This is may suit a Hotel professional looking for a more daytime lead role with no late nights.

Salary €40k plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Optimize resource allocation, including staff schedules and lounge capacity.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations in all preparation, storage, and handling practices.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance to meet targets.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including revenue and expenditure tracking.
• Foster a welcoming and luxurious environment for all lounge guests.
• Address and resolve customer feedback to enhance the guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and create individual development plans.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-3 years in a similar position.
• 4* or 5* Hotel experience would be an advantage
• Solid financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a hospitality or airport setting.
• Expertise in customer service excellence and guest experience delivery.
