We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for our client, a food services industry leader. We are looking for manager with a pro-active approach to all aspects of the HR department, with a working knowledge of employment law and the hospitality industry.

Salary: €50-55k
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR services in an effective and efficient manner.
- To assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to drive business performance.
- Provide coaching and expertise on a range of complex, people-sensitive related issues.
- Lead workforce planning for the business by carrying out detailed gap analysis and executing effective plans to meet the current and future needs of the business including recruitment and retention.
- Develop succession plans, working with site management to identify hi-po’s to ensure a strong leadership pipeline with leaders who have the knowledge and skills.
- Implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus and benefits.
- Assists in the administration of the company social and staff benefit programs Eg: Employee of the Month, Leader of the Month, and other staff incentives.
- Assist with planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events, including monthly staff meeting, wellness fair, community projects etc.
- Oversee the effective management and resolution of all employee relations issues, in accordance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice.
- Provide accurate HR advice and support to management and staff in relation to all aspects of the employment relations.
Ideal Candidate:
- A degree/masters in HR or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ in a senior role as a HR Manager.
- An excellent practical knowledge of Irish employment legislation, policies, procedures in line with recommended codes of practice.
- A passion for helping people by coaching, mentoring, supporting the business units and management teams.
- Organised, innovative and results driven with the ability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Experience in the Irish hospitality industry an advantage.
