Hotel Receptionist – Clare – €30k plus 

We are currently recruiting a hotel receptionist for our client based in an elegant Hotel in Clare. This person will be a excellent communicator and able to represent the companies high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and follow the training of SOP’s and Standards.
  • Ensuring arrival & departure procedures are followed to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Liaise with department heads to ensure efficiency.
  • Overseeing the allocation of rooms and liaising with Accommodation to ensure timely availability.
  • Promote the Hotel, it’s outlets and local activities to all guests.
  • Ensure filing & administration in the department is completed.
  • Assist guests with any queries they may ask.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a High end property. 
  • Working knowledge of Front Office Systems
  • Excellent written and spoken levels of English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
