Health & Safety Manager €55-60k

Dublin, Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Manager for our client, a large multinational corporate catering company.

Location: Dublin

Salary: €55k-60k plus 10% bonus

Hours: Mon-Fri

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety laws, and local standards.
  • Lead staff training programs on safety protocols, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to create a culture of safety across all catering operations.
  • Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and compliance documentation

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in health and safety management within the catering or hospitality sector

  • Chartered member of IOSH would be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, food safety standards (HACCP), and risk assessment methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and train staff at all levels. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
