We are currently recruiting a Head Bartender for our client based in a stunning property in Clare. This person will be very strong on Cocktails and needs to deliver consistent, impressive quality with their craft.

The Candidate:

• Will have experience as a Supervisor in a bar operation
• The ability to lead the team
• Sound knowledge and passion for beverage
• To oversee the day to day running of the beverage department 
• Knowledge of Standards of Service
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance 
• To work alongside other HOD to ensure and maintain its standards
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Training and rostering of staff 
• Cocktail knowledge
