Group Marketing Manager – €70k plus

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Brand Development Manager for our client, an industry leader in catering and retail sector.

This role will act as the connection point between the Marketing, Mobilisation and Operations teams do deliver on the implementation of numerous brands under the company portfolio. This is a Dublin-based role with some travel across Ireland for activations.

This role tasked with the development and execution of localised marketing strategies, including on-site displays, signage, community engagement, partnerships, and traditional media campaigns. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and develop the company portfolio activation strategy through from concept, build, to site openings.
  • Lead the activation planning process and Brand Application in physical environments
  • Work closely with the mobilisation, operations and culinary teams to align new business activations with voice of the customer and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing programmes, campaigns, and materials to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. 
  • Manage key suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Develop strong relationships across all levels of the business, stakeholders and third parties.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the marketing function – scheduling, planning and delivering marketing function work as required.
  • Manage, mentor and oversee workloads of the marketing team.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience within retail, hospitality or catering industry
  • Proven ability to launch new businesses in physical settings.
  • Experience collaborating with architects, designers, and signage specialists.
