General Restaurant Manager €85k plus bonus 

We are currently recruiting for General Manager for our client, we are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch. The General Manager will be responsible for the overseeing this busy property. The successful candidate will have experience in training staff, formulating and implementing SOPs, dealing with all aspects of the operation including all financial aspects and take a very hands on approach with the team.  

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a large busy restaurant. 
• Will have experience in a large restaurant as a general manager. 
• Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage, wines and cocktails 
• To oversee the day to day running of the property 
• Knowledge of Standards of Service
• Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control, and forecasting
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Training and rostering of staff
• Be very well presented and customer focused for repeat business.
