F&B Supervisor
Salary: €30-35k
Location: Kildare
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, room service, and events.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and attention to detail.
- Support and motivate team members, providing guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor staffing levels and allocate duties to meet business demands.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, inventory, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment at all times.
Candidate:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food & beverage environment, ideally in a 4-star hotel or similar setting.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic MS Office applications.
- Formal training in hospitality or food safety is an advantage.
