F&B Operations Manager – €44k plus – Cork City
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the F&B Operations of a very busy hotel.
- Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to makes sure all HACCP and Health & Safety regulations are achieved
- Manage, train and roster all bar, floor and wait staff
- Ensure all staff training is up to date and carry out regular training sessions
- Recruit new team members where needed
- Manage and Maintain efficient stock levels.
- Develop and implement innovative food and beverage menus that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Identify wasteful practices and correct accordingly.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times.
- Manage and train the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events that boost business.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality products.
- Handle guest feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the food and beverage service – ensuring it is efficiently run and meets the standards set by the hotel
