F&B Manager – Clare Hotel – €40k plus
We are currently recruiting an F&B Manager for our client in Clare.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all training is completed and recorded for the department.
- To be present and responsible for the day to day operation including F&B outlets and events.
- To manage and maintain stock levels and ensure the profitability of the Department.
- To deal with all complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Attend the weekly Head’s of Department meetings and give reports as required.
- Assist with recruitment and selection for Food & Beverage outlets
- Assist in the day to day running of the Food & Beverage Outlets
- Staff Scheduling based off Business needs
- Maintain and audit hygiene levels
- Take control and responsibility for all F&B outlets and Liaise with the Head Chef to ensure strong communication and quality across the team.
- Take every opportunity to maximize revenue.
- Lead a team and create an environment of positivity.
Candidate:
- A Minimum of 2 years experience at Manager level in a 4* operation
- Possess Strong Leadership qualities
- Excellent communication, organisation & people management skills
- Ability to train new & existing staff
- Have an excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage & a strong eye for detail
- Possess the ability to perform under pressure
- Availability to work 5 over 7 days for both opening and closing shifts
- A strong level of HACCP
- Knowledge of Budgeting and Rostering
