F&B Manager – Clare Hotel – €40k plus 

We are currently recruiting an F&B Manager for our client in Clare. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all training is completed and recorded for the department.
  • To be present and responsible for the day to day operation including F&B outlets and events.
  • To manage and maintain stock levels and ensure the profitability of the Department.
  • To deal with all complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Attend the weekly Head’s of Department meetings and give reports as required.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection for Food & Beverage outlets
  • Assist in the day to day running of the Food & Beverage Outlets
  • Staff Scheduling based off Business needs
  • Maintain and audit hygiene levels
  • Take control and responsibility for all F&B outlets and Liaise with the Head Chef to ensure strong communication and quality across the team.
  • Take every opportunity to maximize revenue.
  • Lead a team and create an environment of positivity.

Candidate:

  • A Minimum of 2 years experience at Manager level in a 4* operation
  • Possess Strong Leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication, organisation & people management skills
  • Ability to train new & existing staff
  • Have an excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage & a strong eye for detail
  • Possess the ability to perform under pressure
  • Availability to work 5 over 7 days for both opening and closing shifts
  • A strong level of HACCP
  • Knowledge of Budgeting and Rostering
