Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth operations of the day-to-day functioning of the hotel
• To communicate effectively with your team members, promoting good working relationships and creating a positive working environment and culture.
• Assist in creating, developing and updating SOP’s
• Keep up to date on new regulations, trends and practices to enhance the experience of the guest
• Ensure you are aware of the hotel’s history and service offerings
• To assist in departments to ensure smooth service.
• To lead by example and actively encourage collaboration between departments & teams to ensure we remain efficient and maintain 5-star service
• To monitor the standards of cleanliness of the hotel on an ongoing basis and ensure that standards are maintained.
• To deliver training to team members to ensure they are aware of the standard operating procedures and ensure they can deliver 5-star service
• To anticipate guests needs in order to enhance quality service and in turn enhance client experience
• To ensure you are up to date on the daily functions to ensure you can answer any guest questions and queries
