Deputy General Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in departmental duties, promoting a positive work ethic.
- Encourage team involvement, initiative, and continuous improvement through a hands-on approach.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all hotel departments.
- Work closely with managers and their teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Strive to surpass guest expectations at every turn.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with fellow managers and teams.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager or Group Management Team.
Candidate:
- Strong understanding of food and beverage, coffee, wine, and cocktails.
- Experience in front office operations is a plus.
- Proven exemplary guest service and sales skills.
- A degree or diploma in Hotel or Hospitality Management is preferred but not essential.
- Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Hotsoft and Point of Sale systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
