We are currently looking to work with Chef’s of all grades for our broad Client base in the Cork Area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the Kitchen Hygiene and upkeep
- Operate within a team to produce meals on a daily basis to the required standards
- Manage supplier relations to ensure stock is managed and waste is kept to a minimum
- Follow best practise to ensure profits are maintained
- Stay up to date on trends within the industry so the offering is attractive to consumers
- To assist in the training and development of more Junior Staff
- Manage or follow schedules so business is well forecasted and services run smoothly
Ideal Candidate
- Experience or training within Culinary Arts
- A passion for food and the Hospitality Industry
- A desire to always learn and develop
