Brand Manager – Hospitality Group

Dublin City Centre, Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager for our client, a popular hospitality group based in Dublin and nationwide.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining a consistent brand identity, and fostering a strong company culture. You’ll lead key projects, oversee staff training, and ensure the brand’s vision is executed across all locations. A key focus will be rebuilding brand affinity, engaging customers, and aligning franchisees and staff with the brand’s core values.

Location: Dublin (with travel involved)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: €45-50K

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic initiatives to drive revenue, optimise menu offerings, and enhance customer engagement.

  • Oversee brand projects such as store remodels and new product launches, ensuring timely execution and consistency across locations.

  • Implement brand training for staff and franchisees, ensuring brand values are embodied in daily operations.

  • Maintain brand identity across all locations, from store layout to digital assets, ensuring a consistent customer experience.

  • Create strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and trust, using data and community engagement to reconnect with audiences.

  • Serve as the liaison between corporate and franchisees, ensuring alignment with brand standards and providing ongoing support.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years in a similar position
  • Experience within the hospitality, retail or catering industry would be an advantage 
  • Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices
