Beverage Supervisor

Salary: €32k plus

Location: Kildare

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new patrons and retain existing ones.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bar, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and manage bar staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Manage cash handling procedures, including daily till reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and events team, to ensure seamless service.

Candidate:

•  Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and craft beers.
• Proven cocktail-making experience, including creating classic and innovative drinks.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
