Bar & Restaurant Manager – Cork Hotel – €39K 

We are currently recruiting a bar & restaurant manager for our client based in bustling Hotel Cork. The ideal candidate will work alongside the fantastic team in place to drive the customer experience and hit targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • A dedicated leader that boosts team morale and productivity, ensuring a harmonious and efficient work environment.
  • Trend Analysis to ensure a fresh and attractive menu offering is provided that maximises profits.
  • Managing stock control.
  • Ensuring back-of-house operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Delivering exceptional service to guests.
  • Overseeing Food & Drink service, tracking customer satisfaction, and collaborating with your Head of Department to drive continuous improvement.
  • Forecast roster based off of business needs.Control labour expenses through effective scheduling and inventory control.
  • Ensure all cash/credit payments are correctly checked before acceptance.                             

Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-quality establishment, showcasing your expertise in Food & Drink procedures and team management.
  • A commercial mindset with a strong grasp of inventory and stock control.
  • Exceptional guest experience skills, with a knack for nurturing and developing these skills in your team.
  • A proactive, driven individual who can inspire others to exceed service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience managing teams is a plus.
