Assistant Food & Beverage Manager €35k

We are currently recruiting for Assistant F&B Manager for our client, they are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated assistant manager with experience of supporting the F&B team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch.

Key responsibilities:

• The overall success and operation of Bar, Restaurant and function space. 
• Leading the teams to deliver the highest levels of customer service
• Inspiring the team to accomplish daily goals and targets and developing skills
• Continuing the development of the teams within their roles to ensure peak performance
• Developing the product and guests expectations to ensure that the Hotel Standards are positioned as a market leader
• Maximizing revenue and profitability across all areas in line with budget expectations
• Training and rostering of staff

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* property
• Will have experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in F&B.
• The ability to communicate across multiple departments.
• Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
• To oversee the day to day running of the food and beverage outlets
• Knowledge of Hotel Standards of Service.
• Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control, and forecasting.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance 
• To support the F&B Manager & other HOD’s in the running of the operation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
