Accounts Administrator
Salary: €15 plus per hour
Location: Kildare
The candidate will be responsible and accountable for sales reporting, cash control and reconciliations, income audit controls and debtor’s ledger.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monday-Friday 9am-1pm (20 hours a week)
- Accounts Payable – Maintenance of the hotel’s purchasing system, reconciliation of creditor statements and dealing with supplier queries.
- Daily reconciling of all cash drops to till reads
- Balancing cash and credit cards daily
- Preparation of weekly cash and cheque bank lodgements,
- Weekly best sellers, house accounts, voids and till differences analysis.
- Filing & Document Scanning
- All adhoc reports preparation and office duties as assigned.
- Daily sales reporting and balancing.
- Ensure that the system of recording, invoicing and chasing of payments is done in an effective manner and that that the property’s debtors are tracked and monitored periodically.
- Accuracy with strong attention to detail Timely reporting of all accounting information in line with property deadlines
- Confidential handling of all information and procedures within the department.
- Full training will be provided on all systems
