Accommodation Supervisor – Carlow

We are currently recruiting for a Accommodation Supervisor for our client, a beautiful 4* property in Carlow.

As Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Accommodation Manager with the daily management of the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure that the accommodation is fully prepared for service.
• Ensure that guest needs and requirements are met and deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner if they arise.
• Lead, support, inform and guide team members in all operations.
• Conduct onboarding of new staff and ensure they complete the SOP training.
• In the absence of manager ensure all sections are allocated appropriately amongst the team.
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure team compliance with health, safety and sanitation.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years experience as a Accommodation supervisor
• Self-motivated, standards driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise & delegate
• Warm, friendly and courteous at all times
• Previous experience within hotels would advantageous
