Accommodation Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Manger for our client. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4* / 5* property.
In this property the Accommodation Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards, and lead the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be driven and have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a good project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, scheduling and developing a large dedicated team, maintaining excellent housekeeping standards around the property including rooms and public areas.
- Must have experience in managing payroll and budgets, training and development.
- Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality.
- Delegate the rooms to the accommodation / housekeeping employees.
- Develop employees to be ready for the next step in their careers.
- Ensure compliance with all H&S regulations both internally and externally.
- Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel including the conference suite and leisure facilities.
- You will also be required to liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.
