2* Michelin Restaurant Manager – Ireland – €55K

We are currently recruiting a Restaurant Manager for our client based in an incredible restaurant that boasts 2 Michelin Stars. This property can offer assistance with accommodation.

Please note: Only applicants with 2 or 3 Michelin star experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead the to deliver incredible service to guests. 
• The effective and efficient running of the restaurant maintaining the consistency of high food and service standards, at all times ensuring that the defined 5* and Michelin standards are implemented and adhered to by all service personnel.
• To help over see service, ensuring that guests are checked throughout the meal and the food service is efficient, professional and friendly.
• Manage the financials through stock control and effective staffing to ensure the profitability of the Restaurant.
• To help ensure that food service areas are fully set-up and staffed accordingly to meet business demands.
• Handle the admin for the restaurant 
• Identify trends and collaborate with the team to continue elevating the experience.
