Operations Manager

Operations Manager €65k plus 

We are currently recruiting for a Operations Manager for our client. We are looking for a driven manager that has experience in all aspects of food & beverage, events and banqueting etc. The ideal Operations Manager will have experience in an Irish property with excellent attention to detail and standards. This is a hands on position to deliver an excellen standard of service with the team.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a high level of standards throughout all aspects of all Departments 
• Ensuring that the required staffing levels of the hotel are always met and to maintain operational standards
• Implementing company operating standards in relation to suppliers, Excellence Service, presentation & Customer service
• To ensure smooth running of all standards of service ,hygiene and customer contact as agreed 
• Ensure that departments comply and have in place all Fire, Health and Safety Measures necessary.
• Manage all events and banquets to a high level. 
• Be the first point of contact for the client and the face of the property.

• Excellent communication skills with proficient spoken & written English
• Previous hotel experience and a strong background events, banqueting and food & beverage
