Bar Manager

I am very excited to be recruiting on behalf my client in the Wicklow area for a Bar Manager to join and lead their beverage operations. The ideal Bar Manager will have a minimum of 5 years experience and will be able to deal with customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily execution of bar and lounge operations, ensuring seamless coordination with the kitchen and head chef for food service.
- Maintain a strong floor presence, deliver prompt and caring service, and resolve guest queries to maximise satisfaction.
- Oversee beverage inventory, portion control, cost percentages, and mix of sales analysis.
- Control labour costs, handle team scheduling within budget limits, and drive ongoing staff training and morale.
