Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for perfection and a heart for leadership? A luxury property in Co. Clare is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to help lead their dedicated team. Working alongside the Accomodation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining world-class standards while fostering a supportive, growth-oriented environment for the accommodation department.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all guest rooms, suites, and public areas consistently reflect impeccable standards.

Quality Assurance: Conduct daily inspections aligned with quality expectations to guarantee a flawless guest experience.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the team, managing schedules, conducting SOP training, and nurturing professional growth.

Resource Management: Manage departmental stock control, linen, and amenities efficiently to ensure smooth daily room turnarounds.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service and swift resolution of any maintenance or guest requests.
The Ideal Candidate

Proven leadership experience within the accommodation department of a luxury hotel.

A deep understanding of standards and a keen eye for the finer details.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a natural ability to motivate and coach a team.
