Duties & Responsibilities

• Use analytical tools to track performance, identify opportunities, and make strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, reservations, and leadership teams to execute and refine revenue strategies.
• Participate in regional reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure consistent growth and profitability.
• Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions to maximize revenue potential.
• Oversee transient room inventory and ensure optimal pricing and availability.
• Execute sales strategies and rate restrictions based on market conditions to drive revenue.
• Analyse sales data, forecasts, and trends to refine strategies and increase market share.
• Create accurate forecasts for revenue, profit, demand, and occupancy across various timeframes.

• Ability to adapt strategies based on market fluctuations and customer demand.
• Strong experience in revenue management and familiarity with hotel reservations systems.
