Assistant Night Manager

Location: Westmeath
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols
- Oversee all hotel operations.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests.
- Maximise revenue opportunities.
- Manage and motivate the night team to deliver exceptional service
- Assist with staff training and development initiatives
Candidate:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Night Manager, Night Auditor, or Night Supervisor in a hotel setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
