Restaurant Manager Galway €40k plus (can assist with accommodation) 

We are currently recruiting for Restaurant Manager for our client, they are seeking an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated manager with exceptional experience of directing the team to provide exceptional service with the personal touch. The Manager will be responsible for the overseeing the restaurant operation. The successful candidate will have experience training staff, formulating and implementing SOPs, have an excellent knowledge of wine, excellent customer service skills and take a hands on approach with the team. 

Can assist with Accommodation. 

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant 
• Will have experience as Restaurant / F&B Manager 
• Sound knowledge and passion for food & beverage
• To oversee the day to day running of the restaurant and othwer outlets 
• Knowledge of Standards of Service
• Previous experience with KPI’s, budgets, stock control, and forecasting
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve a high level of performance 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Training and rostering of staff
