Director of Sales & Marketing – 5* Ireland – €100k

We are currently recruiting for a Director of Sales for our client, a beautiful 5* property in Ireland.

Role: Director of Sales & marketing

Salary: €100-€110K package

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals and market positioning
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional results
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and guest insights to identify opportunities and adjust strategies
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and media outlets
• Drive business across multiple segments, including corporate, leisure, MICE, and F&B, to maximize profitability.
• Leverage digital marketing tools, social media, and emerging technologies to enhance visibility and guest engagement.
• Creating sales strategy for meeting & events in the properties
• Website performance, packages and promotions.
• Developing an OTA strategy with Cluster Revenue Manager.
• Developing a marketing strategy to drive sales at the property. 

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or a similar leadership role in a luxury hospitality setting
• Marriott or Brand experience would be a distinct advantage
• Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and organisational skills, strong leadership, and people management skills.
• Must have right to work in Ireland.
