Wedding Manager

Salary: €35-40k 

Location: Offaly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to Wedding & Events enquiries and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication to all related departments regarding the Wedding & Events functions within the property.
  • Follow-up with guests and manage areas to improve the quality of the guest experience.
  • Support the team, follow up on all leads to maximise revenue.
  • A proven track record in a similar role. 
  • Be driven and ambitious to consistently deliver results.
  • A forward thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Liaise across departments to ensure the successful planning and implementation of the event. 
  • Be present during the event to oversee the event and ensure guests needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a supervisory role within Banqueting/Meeting and Events
  • Experienced in training, motivating and managing a team to deliver the highest level of service possible
  • Experience with large and small functions from start to finish as you will be one of the points of contact 
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be available to work midweek, weekends and evenings.
