Restaurant Manager 5* Hotel (Accommodation available)

Location: Kildare

Salary: €40-45k

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To manage the day to day Restaurant operations in a casual Restaurant in a 5* Hotel.
• The ability to manage a large team and implement and improve standards in order to exceed customer expectations.  
• Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
• Continually update service offerings in line with trends and guest expectations.
• Manage team rosters, stock, costs, and budgets in line with company expectations.
• Lead your team effectively with on-going service standards training and personal development plans.
• Effectively lead the Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience.
• Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that communication is strong between the entire Restaurant Team and Kitchen.
