Bar & Restaurant Manager

Salary: €35-40k

Location: Westmeath

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging your leadership skills to boost team morale and productivity, ensuring a harmonious and efficient work environment.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to keep our Food & Drink department competitive and innovative.
  • Managing stock control, ensuring back-of-house operations run smoothly, and delivering stellar service to our guests.
  • Inspiring and guiding your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain top-notch standards.
  • Overseeing Food & Drink service, tracking customer satisfaction, and collaborating with your Head of Department to drive continuous improvement.

Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-quality establishment, showcasing your expertise in Food & Drink procedures and team management.
  • A commercial mindset with a strong grasp of inventory and stock control.
  • Exceptional guest experience skills, with a knack for nurturing and developing these skills in your team.
  • A proactive, driven individual who can inspire others to exceed service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take on Duty Manager responsibilities.
  • Experience in building and managing a large bar team is a plus.
