Bid Manager – Dublin – €50k

Dublin North, Full Time

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager for our client, one of Ireland’s leading catering and hospitality services providers. 

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €45- €50k

Hours: Hybrid (office 3 days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end process of tender: preparation, client’s inquiry, proposal submission, to post tender presentation.
  • Draft proposals – Liaising with Department Heads (CEO, Dir of Ops, Head of Business Development, Culinary director, etc.)
  • Liaise with graphic designer and sales team
  • Write up and edit high quality and clear proposals that highlight the company’s strengths, competitive advanatges and solutions.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Ensure all bids comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within Hospitality/Retail sector would be advantageous 
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Experience specifically focused on managing bid submissions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the tendering process, including bid writing, proposal development, and client management.
  • Experience with Adobe software would be desirable
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, CRM software and Tender Portals
