Bid Manager – Dublin – €50k

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager for our client, one of Ireland’s leading catering and hospitality services providers.
Location: North Dublin
Salary: €45- €50k
Hours: Hybrid (office 3 days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end process of tender: preparation, client’s inquiry, proposal submission, to post tender presentation.
- Draft proposals – Liaising with Department Heads (CEO, Dir of Ops, Head of Business Development, Culinary director, etc.)
- Liaise with graphic designer and sales team
- Write up and edit high quality and clear proposals that highlight the company’s strengths, competitive advanatges and solutions.
- Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure all bids comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience within Hospitality/Retail sector would be advantageous
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Experience specifically focused on managing bid submissions
- Strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of the tendering process, including bid writing, proposal development, and client management.
- Experience with Adobe software would be desirable
- Experience in Microsoft Office, CRM software and Tender Portals
