Cafe Manager – North Dublin €45k

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee restaurant operations for our client based in Howth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Howth, Co.Dublin

Salary: €42k-46k plus

Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm, 5 over 7 days

This may suit a hospitality candidate looking for a more daytime led role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs while managing labor costs.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of customer service

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Cafe/Store manager or similar role in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial management and reporting.
