Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager for our client, we are looking for a manager to lead the department, take a hands-on approach with the team to deliver an excellent standard of service to the clients. This may suit a supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and events
- Actively lead the banquet team to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction
- Manage, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed.
- Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
- 4* experience would be a distinct advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
