We are currently recruiting for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager for our client, a beautiful 5* property in Wicklow.
This property can assist with accommodation if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and events
- Actively lead the banquet team to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction
- Manage, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed.
- Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
- 4* or 5* experience would be a distinct advantage
- Strong leadership skills
