Assistant Night Manager – €34k

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Night Manager for our client, a busy 4* property in Wexford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Takes handover from late duty manager for full control of all areas of the hotel
• Ensures all areas of operation are safe/secure & all cash movement is secure
• Achieves guest satisfaction and maximise rooms revenue goals
• Is proficient in all Front Office, bar & restaurant procedures
• Follows the hotel policies regarding the use of cash floats, informs Duty Manager all discrepancies – owns & controls the safe, oversee’ s safe count on late reception & early reception.
• Records in Night Report any incidents occurred in the hotel, forwards to Duty Manager and follows up
• Is familiar with future room & F&B availability.
• Keeps effective key control.
• To direct & action in the event of fire or emergency
• To report and action any accidents or injury immediately
• To take part in company training both internal and external as required
• Roster accordingly among the night team

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.

• Confidence & professionalism in dealing with high profile clients
