Revenue Manager Cork €50k plus
We are currently recruiting for a Revenue Manager for our client. In this position you will focus on the room revenue for the property, implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices. Identify new revenue opportunities for the property and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop pricing strategies for the hotel.
- Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield.
- Perform competitive studies and follow market trends for the property. .
- Provide weekly forecast of expected results and budget comparisons.
- Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd parties.
- Analyse pricing for group business and overall monthly performance and provide summary report.
- Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
- Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full capacity.
- Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
- Ensure personnel are fully competent in the use of all systems in the hotel.
- Work well with hotel sales and reservations departments.
- Regularly check the input and the quality of data.
- Conduct quarterly property performance reviews.
- Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates.
- Responsible for recruitment / training / writing of SOP’s / coaching / performance management and appraisals of reservations team.
- Maintain the relationship with the reservation office in the hotel and ensure all procedures are being maintained.
- Any other reasonable requests made by management.
